When it comes to devising your daily schedule, remember to schedule time for unexpected interruptions that are bound to occur. If you have back-to-back appointments and haven’t allowed for anything unexpected, then your whole day could get off track. When you are ready for interruptions, they are no longer affecting your time.

If you aren’t managing your time right, make sure you analyze how your current process is going. If you have a hard time concentrating, figure out why. Figure out what is working for you and then what areas you need to improve on.
